Arlington Heights Veterinary Hospital provides reliable cat and dog care to clients in Bloomington, Indiana and surrounding areas. We’re always looking to expand our community, and welcome new visitors for available appointment times. If you’re considering our practice in your search for a new veterinarian, we’d like you to please take the time to review our information for new clients.
Arlington Heights is proud to be offering walk in appointments again, once per month, at the North Hospital only.
To make an appointment visit our schedule appointment page and complete the form or call us direct at 812.822.3774. We work hard during our open hours to accommodate emergencies. Currently we are unable to provide overnight and weekend emergencies.
This is basic paperwork required for all new clients to fill out for their first visit. You can print it at home and fill it out before you come to the hospital or complete the form online and submit it prior to your visit.

Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up. This will include a full physical exam, and may include teeth and gum cleaning if needed. Dr. Dale Miller will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very happy you came to Arlington Heights Veterinary Hospital for service.
Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It’s best to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important. Dr. Miller can still work with whatever information you have.
In some circumstances, Dr. Miller will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
